You may be going through a rough time in your life because you are suffering through a break up with the man you love. You are experiencing a range of emotions from depression to anger to confusion. You know you still love him and you also want to know how hard it is getting someone back.

1. Don't Be Desperate and Needy.

I know it is hard to control your actions and emotions went you think the man you love is slipping away from you. It is natural for a woman to want to make things rights, make everything OK again even to the point of begging for your man to take you back.

You may think if you could only make him realize how much you love him, and how good you two are together, he would agree to get back together with you. This approach will not normally work because to him you will appear desperate and even to the point you may appear emotional unstable.

Most men don't want to be with someone that cannot control their emotions. The opposite is what they want, a women that appears rational and calm. Appearing desperate and needy is a major mistake in getting someone back.

2. Bad Attitude and Giving Up Hope.

First, you attitude is everything, you got to believe that you can get the man you love back and you can re-ignited the love and the passion you both had before the break up.

First, it is very possible to win someone back and I will discuss later a proven plan that works like a magic love recipe. So, don't worry about how to win someone back, just get your attitude adjusted to the frame of mind that you are going to get him back!

If you can get that "Can Do" attitude then you are well on your way to getting him back. A positive "you" will make it much easier to win him back.

3. No Plan On Getting Someone Back.

Just like everything else in life the easier and faster way to get something is to have a plan.

Well, we already know that begging is not the best plan. You need a comprehensive plan on getting someone back.
