Dubai Property - Enter the world of extreme engineering

When the engineering concepts, especially those related to civil and construction are applied to create structures thought of being impossible and structures that can tolerate the vagaries of nature, then the Engineering is called Extreme Engineering. In other word Extreme use of Engineering to create Extreme structure that can withstand Extreme climatic conditions.

Dubai was once upon a time only known for being a oil producing nation. Now it is becoming known for its structures which are an example of extreme engineering. It is experiencing a construction boom. The buildings are coming up at a very fast pace. Moreover to make life comfortable in this desert country where temperatures sometimes becomes intolerable, all engineering concepts especially related to temperature regulation are being used. All arrangements for the basic amenities of life and luxuries along with security are being taken care of. One has a wide choice of residential and commercial properties to choose from. These properties range from luxurious villas to elite apartments.

Dubai's infrastructure industry can be called the world of extreme engineering mainly because of the ambitious building projects that are in early stages of construction. The government of Dubai wants to make Dubai a tourist destination and in capacity to attract 15 million tourists annually in year2010.

The hall marks of Dubai Property or the Real Estate in Dubai are :
1 Burj Dubai: The Burj Al Arab Tower also known as The Arabian Tower is under construction at Jumeirah Beach Resort in Dubai. It is going to be the Earth's tallest skyscraper. It will be completed in 2009.This tower is going to cost at least $4.1 billion. It will consist of 158 floors. Its height on completion will be 1964 feet. This skyscraper is going to have 56 double-decker elevators. These elevators will be moving at the speed of 40miles per hour.
2 Dubailand : This project is going to resemble Disneyland of the USA and is being jointly undertaken by the government of Dubai and Dubailland LLC. This project is going to cover an area over 3 billion square feet and will have six different "worlds".
3 The World: It is constituted of 300 man-made islands. 27 km break water surrounds theses islands. 34 million tons of rock has been used to construct this break water. This artificial island destination Is 9km wide and 7 km long. This site is going to have man-made archipelago of residential and private islands. When seen from above it is going to resemble the map of the world. These artificial islands are going to be divided into four categories; private homes, dream resorts, estate homes and community islands. Marine transport is going to be the only means of transport between the islands.
4 Ski Resort: The Government of Dubai has planned to build a indoor skiing resort in the middle of the desert. The low temperature in this indoor resort is going to be maintained with the help of 23 massive air conditioners.
The Dubai government has also planned for the first luxury underwater hotel.
As a consequence of the this infrastructural boom not only the Dubai Property but also the Properties Ajman have come into limelight
