Satin is a highly glossy material that is used mostly to make the beautiful gowns for the brides during their weddings. The fabric is very soft and very comfortable to wear. Thus to match the choice of the dress and its color, the shoes for the bride and the bride maids are made from the satin material. The satin shoes are also very famously worn by the ballet dancers during their performances and also during the fancy parties with the adorable clothes.
Nowadays, the satin shoes are available in new much refined forms with new designs and styles. They are used as a surface on the usual hard base as in the shoes made from other materials. The satin shoes are priced very high in comparison to the shoes made from other distinct materials. The satin shoes are available decorated with beads and other decorative haberdashery and with diamantes in new unique styles with zips, bows, accessories etc. But apart from these positive points, there are certain simple but negative factoids that actually make us hate wearing the satin shoes. These points have been mentioned below.
These shoes are made from very basic colors like white, cream or pink colors. Thus to match the color of the shoes with the color of the dress, the shoes have to be dyed according to the required color. These dyed fabrics used to make the shoes are a bit risky as the quality of the dye may vary. If the dye is made of cheap materials, the color from the shoes may get washed away or even fade with the passing time. Also as the shoes are made of satin, the cloth covering the surface of the shoes is very delicate and so have many chances of it getting stretched or even ragged at places. The fabric is very delicate and so has to be protected from stains and dirt. Due to the fabric material they tend to get stained very easily and also affected by the dirt and mud on the roads. These stains can be washed away but these increases the chances of the fabric getting rough, rugged and also look old.
Thus wearing the satin shoes may make us feel comfortable throughout but simultaneously they also cause many different hassles which make it difficult to maintain the beauty of the shoes.
