Trying any of these cure for panic attack methods unsupervised can be very dangerous and can even lead to greater problems than overcoming panic attacks alone. So remember to be safe if you’re starting a new treatment method – get proper medical supervision.
There is no shame on leaning on people when you need them most so don’t let that or pride hold you back if you’re overcoming panic attacks on your own steam. If you do find that you’re able to ask for help then go for it. The same options are available for you to try and the same conditions should apply to you as well. Always seek proper medical advice before trying something new.

Without a doubt, the best way to overcome it is with strength that comes from deep within you.
